I was out of country and made the monthly payment late but I paid the late payment fee and full balance online. The people working there acted like they were police or something. It took me 40 minutes to get out. I showed them the receipt, payment history etc. They kept playing with words like "no, I need the invoice, not receipt", "I need the confirmation, not approval" They even pulled some racial slurs on me in there own language. At the end I found a random email that said "invoice" with random numbers and showed it to them to see what happens. Surprisingly, they took a picture of that screen and let me out. I still missed my doctors appointment.

Whoever was working and wouldn’t help me, was horrible. My card has issues at garages sometimes, instead of being helpful, he tells me I need to find an atm because I do not have another card. When I ask him, he says “I don’t know” and doesn’t help me at all. How am I supposed to get to an ATM if you don’t know where one is? The closest bank was not walking distance , and how am I supposed to get to it without my car? All over $5 and I wasn’t even parked there for 15 minutes. Horrible place. Horrible employees. I’m never ever parking here and making sure my friends never park here either.

Parking in Baltimore

Baltimore is one of the most historically important cities in the United States. It’s a major scientific, technological and medical center. It’s also the birthplace of the “Star-Spangled Banner” – the United States’ national anthem. There are a lot of interesting places to visit in Baltimore…. but what about finding parking there? Here are some tips that can help you out.

Single-space and multi-space meters are enforced 8AM-6PM, Mon-Sat. Meters charge $2 per hour. Coins and credit cards are accepted as payment.

There are also a lot of off-street lots and garages in downtown Baltimore whose rates are $5-$7 per hour and around $20 per 24 hours.

Monthly parking can be quite costly in downtown, ranging from $100 to $200.

In case you need to charge your electric vehicle, Baltimore has a number of EV charging stations. You can use our maps to find a parking space with a charger such as the Arena Garage or the Penn Station Garage.

Our parking maps can also help you find parking at all the major attractions in Baltimore, including the Baltimore Aquarium (The Lockwood Place Garage), the Baltimore Convention Center (the Sheraton Inner Harbor Hotel) or Baltimore Inner Harbor.

Please visit city of Baltimore’s official website for questions concerning citation payments.
