Feb 3rd visited Prime and Proper with my brother for my sister in law birthday and valeted. Received a text from the Financial District Garage didn't think anything of it. Upon exiting paid valet and then circled back to inquire about the text. Valet shared a charge would register as a hold and then reverse. Didn't happen, charged $10.99 and paid $15.00 for valet. Their use of one's location is a scam. Should not be an assumption their garage was used. As they ping ones cell, I am sure their technology (the pay station / lift gate ‍) register cars entering and exiting a financial district garage. BEWARE IF YOU USE THEIR GARAGE, CREDIT CARD STORED -- DELETE. Exchanged roughly 11 emails with no resolve, request, receipt for valet. Valet did not give me a receipt nor did they offer. Not sure its deserved, but little fairness, I did't think to ask for a receipt from valet as I don't from any valet service.

Paid on exit as that's the only way you get out is to pay and I was sent a bill charged 8 times the rate. I don't recommend anyone to use this parking structure. Terrible service.

Absolutely atrocious customer service. I realized that I had been overcharged for three months. I emailed the three email addresses that had set up my parking account to request an error correction, and nobody responded. I followed up several times over the next few weeks, with no response. I know the emails work because they set up my account. I have just been overcharged again. Would absolutely not recommend parking here.
