I been trying to get a monthly spot at tis locations for months. When I try to reserve the parking spot on line all 300 spots are gone in less than 2 minutes! ! ! Something must be wrong! ! !

This garage is safe and the staff is amazing, the manager ash is the most respectful gentleman ,he knows how to treat his custumers,and also mister darell the garage attendant he is great human being always looking out for lost property and always returning it,I've probably have left my phone ,wax bottle, etc he always on top,God bless Darrell he is such an honest man,an jose the security guard always on the move very watchful I feel safe here this place rocks

This is a great place to park. I can tell you that the average wait time for a monthly pass is 6 months - its been this way for years! I applied in May and was called back in mid October. To the previous commentor ... The manager was probably expecting a kick back since he skipped about 15 people for you!!!

Would of given it 5 Stars overall but the Manager in this location was trying to charge me $100 (pocket money), just because he got me a monthly spot. Not only did I applied for the monthly spot and had to wait one full month but I paid everything in full, which included $25 for the parking card and $150 for the monthly parking. How is it possible that the manager charges $100 for a spot here!!! That's almost a monthly payment.
