I always forget about rush hour traffic when scheduling my flights. And find myself waiting 30 minutes 4 a shuttle. Otherwise I've had no complaints about laurel. The workers are friendly, my car is covered, and the price is right. I will be returning again

Parked in this lot in Jan. Very disorganized and they don’t honor prepaid parking. Had to pay again upon returning from trip…double paid for 7 days of parking. No one around to try to resolve the issue. Very poor service and communication on management. I would not recommend this place. Beware of this location.

Horrible experience! There were no spaces available. We pre-paid for covered parking, but had to go up on the roof. Several cars were double parked throughout the entire structure, roof included. Spaces between vehicals were roughly 2-4 inches apart for people who were lucky enough to get an actual spot. The staff located in the entrance/exit box are VERY RUDE! For instance, after we picked up our car, a worker started cussing us out and swearing up a storm. He used the f-word, along with other inappropriate language. Clearly, this staff member had an anger management issue. Frankly, it is horrible to speak that way to anyone, let alone customers. This parking structure was noticably the worst one we have used within 40 years of traveling. If it was possible to rate this with no stars then I would. That said, both shuttle drivers were kind/friendly.

Laurel Parking is not the business it used to be! I have been a valet customer for over 15 years with 4-5 star experience.Yesterday afternoon I waited 1-1/2 hours & called 4 times to ask for shuttle pickup. 1st call-routine request for pickup, provided airline/terminal and valet ticket no. Calls 2-4 -the dispatcher was rude, argumentative, seemed stressed, & had zero customer service ability. Said he just came in & wasn't aware of my pickup; came across as defensive & not his issue; I again provided airline/terminal and valet ticket no. Third call - dispatcher insisted I had provided a different airline/terminal & then hung up on me stating "Stop cursing at me" when I had not cursed & simply told him I have provided the my correct location every time & complained about the wait time. Fourth call - shuttle showed up about 25 minutes.later. According to the driver, they were running one shuttle, should have two, & he didn't have room to pick me up on a previous trip. I Will Not be parking @ Laurel again!

Horrible experience! This was the third and last time I will ever use these people again! I had to leave my keys are this past weekend because of parking lots will full. I came back to find out my purse was stolen from my trunk! They are very poorly untrained and very unorganized and will handoff your keys to whoever they think their look like. They may seem nice at first and seem like they're trying to do everything they can to help you but you end up paying the price. Again just sending out a big morning and to be aware not to leave your keys there. Never again will I use this people they are thieves!

Had paid reservations made two weeks in advance. Turned away at the garage. Horrible. Had to park at the short term airport parking at $ 35.00 per day. More than my flight. 4 cars behind me got the same treatment. Now I am fighting to get my money back. New management since february and a total scam.

You get what you pay for. Poor service, full cramped parking. Old run down facility. The complaint number they gave me went right to a full mailbox. Save the headache and spend a few extra dollars to go some place else. They were so full at 5am some people behind me were turned away so you may not be able to park there even if you are foolish like me.

It’s absurd to wait 20 min after being told they were sending someone...to have to call again and then say “oh-i will send someone”. I have used them for over 30 yrs....and I am now DONE with them....!!!!!

As a flight attendant's daughter, I've experienced quite a few airport parking lots. This BY FAR was the WORST airport parking experience, ever! Terrible customer service (other than one kind young man who checked us out as we were leaving), unaccommodating, and no shuttle. I bought a Groupon for this parking 2 months before our flight. I called about 1 month before our trip to make sure I did not need to schedule a reservation. I was told we were good to go, all we needed to do was present the printed Groupon at arrival. When we arrived in SD the parking looked closed, so my husband called and the guy who answered said, "we are open, come to the front." Then we verified the instructions we were told a month ago regarding our Groupon. He said, "No, we don't accept that, management changed a WEEK ago." UHHH our flight leaves in 3 hours, we bought a Groupon to SAVE money, and we've already redeemed the Groupon because I was told to print it. No one notified us of the change and we've already paid. We explained

Don't park here!! Horrid experience. Rude service. They Lied about the shuttle being on its way. I had to wait over 35 minutes for the shuttle to pick me up from the airport. When I called for an update, the guy was rude and hung up. When I complained at the kiosk upon existing, they laughed at me. Totally rude.

I've parked here about a dozen times and it's about half hit or miss. But never again! Basically the same complaints most other posters have experienced: 1) Misleading advertising - yes we've all been suckered by their promise of $9/day parking only to see afterwards that it said only for the first 2 days, otherwise it's $12/day starting day 1. 2) Bait and switch - I was told this last time as I was bringing in my car to get valet parking that I'd get charged a partial rate if I'm a couple hours into my next day....I suppose $14 is a part of $15, but for being over 2 hours and 6 minutes???? And mostly because the driver was late. 3) Inconsistent shuttle - every 10 minutes, right! On previous trips I'd see 4 Aladdin and 4 Wally Park shuttles pass by before the Laurel Parking one came....and I called to be picked up! 4) Rude personnel - I have to say, the van drivers are pretty courteous. But the staff at the booth are beyond words. To the rude young woman who was there yesterday - you may be too y
