Liberty Center Garage

Parked here for the first time yesterday for work. I got there at 2:50 and returned about 6:30 to move my car to the street where parking is free after 6pm. I was charged $20! Come on! For just over 3 hours? At this rate, I will not be able to afford to go to work! Unable to find any contact info. Stay away people! They will rob you!

I parked for 3 hours and when I exited it was credit card only and I was charged $16.25. The machine would not give a receipt and I have tried to contact the company with no answer. Two of my friends also used the garage for 3 hours that evening and were each charged $15 and could not get a receipt. The website lists the rate of $4 for 2 hrs and $1 per half hour. Do not park in this garage!

If I could, I would give negative stars to this trashy place! stay away from this daylight robbery garage is my best advise to anybody looking for parking. The machine was cash only, charged double ($2 perhalf hour instead of the usual 1), and took our ticket in and made us pay for a lost ticket when we hadn't lost the ticket at all! the push button for assistance rang but nobody answered. Horrible place, and absolute robbers!!

Used cash ($20) the pay for parking ($6) and the automatic system could not make change so it kept my money and told me to see the attendant. There is no attendant and I have been unable to locate the company that runs the garage to get a refund. Very frustrated Pay using your credit card
