Marks garage has been taken over by a new company, not a good thing. They leave the metal gate up, which used to close at night until 5:30 am. Now that the garage is accessible 24 hours, there has been an increase in homeless, graffiti, and trash. The stairway always smells like urine, has trash and graffiti in stairway as well. They need to close the garage again!!

Understandable that there's no elevator since it's a very old building. Ticket machine should be removed as tickets are no longer used since you pay by phone. A simple sign over the ticket machine would insure that cars enter without stopping instead of backing up the line waiting for a nonexistent ticket to appear.

New company Premium Parking took over that garage recently and it's MUCH better. Seems like they care about the cleanliness and the system is easy to use, I downloaded the app so I don't even have to enter my credit card info in anymore. Like that I don't have to stop at the gate and hold up traffic- you just pull right in, pay from your phone and you don't have to worry about gates to get out AND it's 24 hours now so I don't have to park in the sketchy lot next door.

Poor service. They don't post the time when the automobile entrance and doors are locked to all but monthly card holders. Your car may be locked in with no acess.

Horrible service. Parking attendants always late.

Adjacent to Hawaii theatre so it's convenient for theatre goers. Dirty, no elevators, not too much going for it but it's convenience. The personnel are outgoing and friendly. Costs $10 to park for an event.
