Also got a fine. I've parked in this lot many times and have a credit card on file. Went to the gate to leave, gate went up and I assumed it ran my credit card. Got a ticket in the mail for an extra $30.00. Why did the gate raise if my credit card did not go through? Have emailed the company at least 6 times to get get this resolved. Nothing has been done. If I could give zero stars I would.

Received the same letter stating I owe $77.25 for a $7.00 ticket. I went to Quest diagnostics and was there for 17 mins. I don’t remember an attendant being there when I can in nor when I left. I sent an email and was told they will lower the fee to $50 instead of $70. Definitely upset and not planning to pay it.

No attendant at the entrance and the gate was open, so I entered and parked. I anticipated paying upon exiting the parking garage, yet the exit gate opened automatically. Now I have received a letter detailing I owe $7 for parking and $70 extra. What a scam!

Instructions are particular and not clear. A $7 parking fee became a $77.25 nightmare. Do yourself a favor and park elsewhere.

I went to my doctors appointment on 6/27/22. This was my first doctors appointment where I have to scan using my phone in the parking garage and it was my first doctors appointment to ever have to pay for parking since I go to the Beaumont office. Therefore, I was not educated about the process. As I was leaving under a hour later, I stopped at the attendant and she took my ticket and told me that I did not owe anything because my doctor was taking care of it. I get a ticket in the mail for $77.25. I called and the supervisor was completely rude and basically called me a liar. I asked her if she could pull up video footage of me taking out my debit card to pay the lady and she said we don’t take debit card, so that wouldn’t be true. Hello, I have never done this before!! She then told me that there are signs all around the doctors office with directions on how to do it. Hello, I didn’t pay attention to that because I was trying to figure out where my doctors office was being it was my first visit!!

Took my daughter for her follow-up appointment. Was there for 1.5 hours and had to pay $9? The sign says different (cheaper), tried asking the lady and she said oh well
