Absolutely the worst place to park. No posted hours, and charged more than the max amount listed. My husband and I parked here to go to a 10:30pm performance at The Comedy Store next door on a Saturday. The employee never told us what time we needed to get the car out by - even when we told him we were there for the comedy show - and there were no posted hours anywhere. The employee said we’d have to pay another $20 cash to get the car out that night after we already paid $20 cash to get inside. However, when we came out after the show, the parking structure was locked and gated with no way to get to our car. We had to pay for an Uber to get to our friend’s house and stay there for the night, because we live two hours away. When we came back the next day to get our car, we were charged $35 for “parking overnight” because they held our car hostage here. Terrible business practice, and crazy that there’s not even posted hours or trained employees. We will definitely never be parking here again.
