I had to pay 21 dollars in 4hours and 15min. I was shocked. I don't think that it was charged correctly.

Five dollars per hour to park here!! What a joke. I will never return to the Grove again after 10 years of living in LA

I was there for one hour and 5 minutes and had to pay $10 for parking. That’s ridiculous. Turns out they stopped validating at retail stores. I won’t be returning there until they change back to normal Earth prices.

In the middle of disputing this parking charge with my bank because this is blatant malpractice as far as parking goes. I parked on a "special level" apparently and was charged $30 for parking there for only 2 hours. TWO HOURS. The charge should have been $15 only. No, my car was not valet or concierge parked. I parked my dang Honda Civic myself. I call the parking office and they firmly deny being able to refund me the difference. They refused and claimed the level I parked on was "clearly marked" (spoiler: it wasn't). Hopefully the bank does their due diligence. Rick Caruso, you are my enemy.

Scam. Saw a movie had a 4 hour validation. Spent $300 lulu $200 Sephora and $100 pizza restaurant 3:30-9 pm Had to pay $17 to exit

5$/hr is a total scam. Ate in a restaurant (100+$), validated my ticket, still had to pay the full parking price. I don’t understand that a parking in a shopping mall isn’t free (or cheap): you are basically coming to spend money. Make it easy so ppl can spend. Also don’t tell people that their parking is free and validated if it is not.

We were here under 3 hours and were charged $15. We were told first hour was free. We got a validation for the second hour from a restaurant. And then when we went to leave, they charged us $5 an hour regardless of validation. Rip off!

The price…the wallet gouging PRICE for parking is quite frankly obscene and completely destroys any pleasant experience you may have had at this mall…validation is a joke bordering on a lie.

Ate at the cheesecake factory and also spent money at Nik, got it validated at Cheesecake Factory and still had to pay $21!!! Only 4 hours and a change and still paid $21, essentially $5 an hour for parking, that's price gouging at its finest. Especially since the tenants are already spending so much for rent, they'll likely keep losing foot traffic into their stores.

I was there about hrs didn’t validate bc I left my ticket in the car. The exit machine was not working, so a parking attendant women helped me only to quote 15.00!!!! Not sure if I was taken. One thing for sure I’ll never return!! Much better Malls out there with no parking fee. Such as Fashion Island, and South Coast Plaza

Waaaay too expensive…’validation’ means nothing…seriously don’t even bother…it’s their idea of a joke only no one is laughing…I only gave it 2 stars because the view is great on the roof…the tourists love it.

Waaaay too expensive…really spoils the mood when they gouge your wallet on the way out…twice the price of The Beverly Center.

I was there from 3:40 to 8:15pm ended paying $19 although validated at Monsieur Marcel after buying $76.40 plus Lululemon $100.00 consume food and couple of beers around $250.00 total. Does this sound fair? Total rip off returning what I bought there tomorrow and the Concierge attendant totally helpless after calling to the The Grove office and being told that the concierge attendant would fix the excessive charge on my fees. Total rip off after pandemia they are trying to bank on parking fees.

Was there spent over $300 at 2 restaurants with validations and have to pay for $22 per car that is a ripped off so will not see you for a long time ..

Was there for 2hrs 52 minutes. Received validation from Cheesecake Factory and still had to pay $7 which is the same price without validation. Parking lot is a rip off

really disappointed in how pricey it was and furious my parking went up a dollar because 3 of the machines on my floor were out of service so although it read the price of my ticket the credit card slot was blocked. had to pay downstairs which caused my ticket to be $1 more. the price was already obscene. totally ruined my idea of what a shopping experience is.

This carpark offers a great deal! First hour free! Lots of spacious spaces and the top floor has a beautiful view! Really safe carpark.
