Went to pick up my client whom had an amputated leg and they wouldn't allow me to park in patient discharge parking. Claimed the signage was wrong (all 10 signs) and only same day surgery partaking was permitted. Well that's NOT what the sign CLEARLY states. The lady that approached us was unprofessional and said the patient had to be waiting in the garage in order to use the parking. She didn't wanna see the discharge paper or anything. Said it was her rules and move my car. Highly unprofessional. Never again will my client ever come to another UPMC building.

I pray that he does this is in response to the last review it is not true that you will validate as if you will make it three or only $2 the park there, if it's over $8 they will take it down to $8 why don't you put it out there correctly? And stop trying to be so greedy Karma and why don't you have more than one electric chair for people who are disabled, I hate to have your staff push me up to the room and come get me when I can drive myself up there and go back if you would only give your security and key to the desk where the license is, I could return it when I'm done visiting. I come there late so I can get an electric chair because, they're always gone during the day, thank you for your time in this matter hopefully you won't be so pigheaded and do something about this, because we all know you have the money to have at least 3 at each entrance to all UPMC hospitals. You do not get a validation unless you go over $8.00..please do not try and justify this...its just greed plain and simple...I am a patient and have parked there a hundred times, but have not visited people like I am now...and you need more than one electric chair....its never available, during the day, I have to go in evening in order to get one, then they give me time limits, because they leave at a certain time, why cant security have a key, and handle this when they leave!! What excuse u got now??

It's an easy parking garage 2 Park in. Well lit...and well signed... but why do you not have Sunday rates on here I was told that it was free on Sunday in which it's not, I was super mad yesterday staying to see my friend 4 hours and having to pay $8 they should knock the rates down on Saturday and Sunday especially on Sunday it's the Lord's Day, come on UPMC give somebody a break once in awhile stop being so greedy!
