I paid this praying got notice I didn't pay I have the receipt

I have my back statement where I paid $23 and there charging me $80 dollars... crazy people do your job better!!!

Parked for less than 15 mins and got a letter in the mail charging me $80 this is fraud and I’m not paying it. Scam scam scam!!!

Río plaza I paid my bill and they sent me a paper where their charging me $80.They didn't send me the paper to verify first if i'd had payed or not.

Do not park in this parking lot. I park there for less than 30 minutes. I paid with my credit card $23.64 . A week later I received a letter starting. I need to pay 50 dollars, otherwise they will boot my car. They don’t provide a prescription phone number to call and dispute the charge.

I could not figure how to pay and talked to attendant writing parked cars info. he could not help .we left after 10 min and parked in the ramp down the street

Worse I was there for 15 minutes and got charged $50 via text message. Not sure how they even got my number. I will be speaking to an attorney about it

Do not park here!!! I pulled in and did not even leave my car … sat there 15 minutes and left . I got a bill in the mail for 80 dollars . They sent a picture of me leaving they must have me coming in to see I was only there 25 minutes !!!

As stated above I as well have parked in this area. I paid at the kiosk and then got a bill from the rental car company for $80.This is horrible business! Don't park here.

Do NOT park here. Was parked there for no more than 2 hours and they have charged us $208!

Rio plaza parking is monitored by Etico Parking solutions based out of Austin. The day I parked there April 11 the machine to pay was out of service. I was there 1 hour 23 min so I get a bill for $60 and a notice it will go to $90 if I don’t pay immediately. Ridiculous ripoff and extortion.
