Lease of a spare parking space in a private residents car park. - Private parking

This is for the lease of one parking space for a car or van in a private residents car park in Polwarth. The space is available 24hrs/day, 7 days/wk.

There are no bollards or barriers, but you would need to display a small permit, on the dashboard as the car park is patrolled to prevent unauthorised use.

The patrols were put in place because like many central car parks it was being used by people who didn't live on the development, this was leading to more litter and difficulty for the residents in parking close to their flats.

The minimum lease term is one month, and must be paid (by cheque) one month in advance, and when the permit is given to you.
