Next to toll bridge, close to football stadium - Private parking

We have offroad parking for 2 cars outside our house, but only one car, so the space is available almost constantly, unless we have visitors. We're a 2-minute walk from Woolston station (trains stopping at every station to Southampton Central or Portsmouth, roughly every hour) and the Itchen toll bridge (a 10/15-minute walk across the bridge to the bottom of town or St. Mary's stadium - there are plenty of buses over the bridge). Space should suit someone working in or near town, wanting to avoid traffic or high parking expenses, or going to the stadium when there are matches on or bands playing.
