Off street parking on the south side of campus - Private parking

Off-street parking available on Regent Street near Derby, just a few blocks to campus and Telegraph Avenue shops. The space is behind our building, in a six-car lot which is lit at night with flood lights and motion sensors along the driveway. Available year-round. Month-to-month rent. It's a narrow driveway, so we can only rent the space to someone with a small to medium-sized car.

The space is $75/month, or $70/month if you are willing to rent for 6 months or more.
