outdoor parking space in gated driveway - Private parking

Hello I have a parking space at the end of my gated driveway available. I prefer to rent it out to people who are traveling and need to park their car for a few weeks or a month. The price is $150 per month or $45 per week. The neighborhood is very safe and the parking space is entirely gated.
