Parking - South Court off Benefit - Private parking

So many tenants are using Zip-car that we have some spaces in our parking lot located between 24 and 28 South Court Street, right up from Benefit. This is the steep street which continues Meeting from Prospect. The agreements are on a month-to-month basis. Please note that in case of snow, we do not plow since plows have ripped up the asphalt. In case of snow, we do supply snow shovels and usually as a group we dig out. The lot is very sunny, and normally, with a light snow, no shoveling is needed and it melts and drains down the hill. Lovely landscaping, hedges, borders - a nice spot. 4 min walk to T/Amtrak down the hill; 5 min to RISD Museum; 10 min up hill to Brown
