At the barrier you are faced with a screen with no information or instructions. There is a symbol under an aperture that looks like a parking ticket. That’s it. And in fact that is meant to represent a credit card, and supposedly counts as instructions to insert your card to pay. USE YOUR WORDS!! Then you enter the car park and on a tiny sign which is impossible to read from your parking spot, in minuscule writing, there are instructions telling you to pay at reception before returning to your vehicle. The hospital is the best in London and since the car park is actually controlled by the Trust, it falls along those lines. It’s got a low ceiling and the pillars are a nuisance, as mentioned.
