Every time we go here, parking system is a nightmare.

This parking discount system is a joke purchased over £100 of goods from Ikea scanned validation slip but still paid full parking fee

Spent £130 on various small items & lunch then charged £4.50 for 3.5 hrs parking. Validation not even checked. Long queue and only one machine working. Then payment not recognised to raise barrier. Both rip off & embarrassing. Shame as Customer services were really helpful.

Parked for 6 and a half hours cost £5 even though spent over £ 100 in store, scanning parking barcode never worked yet again!!

Arrived on November 11, 2021 at 10.45 am. Left at 11.55am and spent £70.50 a total of 1 hour and 10 minutes and was charged £2.50 for parking, what I want to know is WHY? This place is a rip-off!

New system seems like a good idea but went today spent over £400 we were there 4 hours but still had to pay £3 to park even with validation doesn’t seem right to me. System is worse than before.

The new number plate recognition parking system & now only 2hrs free when spending over £40 is a bit of a rip off. Leave plenty of time to use the machines if you visit the store at a busy time because you will be queuing up for a long time.

Arrived at 1pm left about 4.30 after spending over £600. Then found I had to pay for parking for being overtime. Parking should be free if spending over £500.

Paid £20 for less than 7 hours parking tried to contact ikea re parking query phone disconnected after I had explained my query

Parent and child parking, nice wide entrance and exit. 3 hours free is shop in ikea. Win. Win.
