Shocking prices, won't be using this car park again. Try Claremont Road or Eldon Gardens. Better car parks and much better prices.

Dreadful experience, only one pay machine open after a packed concert at city hall, only one exit barrier working which failed when the car in fronts ticket didn't work which meant a 10 minute wait until it finally did.... No staff on site to help. Won't be using that one again!!!!

Extremely expensive, for the price I'd expect valet parking.AND drivers BEWARE of new road layout upon exiting car park!!! You may get a bus lane fine.

Rip off car park, go elsewhere

Bays are to small and the cost is extortionate. Early bird costs are ok,but the signage needs to be clearer on charges.

Shocking, a huge sign outside saying 'All Day Parking £5.80' actually cost me £12+ for 4 hours. If there was any information regarding the times for all day it was so very small that I missed it! Won't be going back

Seriously overpriced for what it is, yeah it's in the city centre but the tarrif is extortionate. It's not even an attended car park, there's no reason I can see to pay extra to park here than any of the nearby car parks.

This is a grand old-school car park and one of my favourites in the town. It's well placed for all the shops and has easy access to the motorway for a sharp exit. Clean and tidy, the price keeps availability good although those narrow ramps require concentration.

Expensive but well placed. If you're planning on going for a long time look elsewhere. But if you have to hit the shops or are treating yourself to a night out at city hall well be for warned of cost.

Booked parking space a week before and only cost £5 to park from 13-00 to 22-00 on a Saturday .Only downside is the bays are quite tight.

very expensive, specially if you arrive 5 mins after early bird rate ends at 9.30am and the rates on this site have changed, paid £12.90. No-one around to give me receipt or to retain payment card to allow me to reclaim expense and does not feel 'secure' around payment stations
