Terrible - no clear marking that this is not ASDA car park / criminal method to make money from superstore shoppers - we will never shop again there!

Zero stars. Went to catch ferry in Poole, were not allowed to board as daughter 34 weeks pregnant, lost about 1000 pounds on the holiday and just got a notice that the 50 minutes we parked in Asda car park to regroup wasn't Asda and we've been fined 90 quid. Cheers Poole. Won't be back.

There is not much distinguish the car park from the asda carpark. Even the notice which says make sure you in the asda car park makes you think you are in the asda car park but it's the premier Inn one instead. wording can confuse people and the operators make money from ppl new to it. Beware parking here

Outrageous. This car park is not clearly distinguishable from Asda car park and is not clearly marked that you have to pay. I’m sure there must be a violation here. Two tickets in two weeks. A conscious and deliberate rip off.

What an absolute joke. Not clearly laid out or signed posted. Daylight robbery. My elderly parents have been unfairly caught out by this twice due to the gaps of the first notice coming through followed by a second in close succession when it happen over a fortnight previous. Ridiculous.

Just received a ticket for parking by Costa. They were closed so went into Subway. Put our disabled badge up but camera evidence is only the car entering and then leaving the car park.

Travelodge customers need to validate their car registration on the tablet at reception on check in, but Smart Parking does not confirm the validation in print. We were advised by the receptionist to take a photo of the screen. This is so unsatisfactory. Surely, in this digital age, it is easy for all concerned if Smart Parking automate the validation by sending an email confirmation, once validation is done. Travelodge and Smart Parking really need to sort this unreliable issue out, creating so much stress for its customers.

Smart Parking manage this carpark - its users include TRAVELODGE - Travelodge users are req'd to enter their car reg details on to a tablet in Reception. Appears to be a lack of communication between Smart Parking and Travelodge so that several customers of Travelodge have received Parking charge notices from Smart Parking although they have stayed at, have entered their vehicle reg details on to the tablet in the Travelodge, and this has been verified by Receptionists at Travelodge, the computer has failed to work. Smart Parking have a reputation for issuing Parking charge notices and harrassing those who they deem have failed to pay the appropriate charges. Smart Parking certainly do not investigate before sending out these notices, and are unwilling to discuss the facts over the telephone, and are deliberately evasive when challenged in correspondence..Car park to be avoided at all costs. Similarly while Travelodge advises of free parking for their clients on site, don't believe it!!!!!!
