Parked but didn't realise that we needed the code from the platform for the cheaper rate. Couldn't find the code so came back and left the car park. Still got slapped with a parking fine and appeal was turned down, even though we had evidence that we tried to contact Apoca explaining we couldn't see the discount code.

Great for the station as expected though can fill up but rarely completely though this can add time on finding a space and getting to the station on foot on rare occasions.

£80 parking ticket from Apcoa for reversing my landrover into a space which was alledgedly reserved for ZIP vans. No parking restriction signs on floor, no adequate warning signs alerting us to park elsewhere. The spare wheel on my landrover ocluded the mini green ZIP car sign. Apcoa have turned down my appeal even though I sent them photographic evidence.

I have paid for parking via RinGo, see: https://www.myringgo.com/home You get the cheaper rate by first registering with RinGo, then phoning them with a number only visible from the railway platform. So make sure you leave time to get this done before your train leaves! Otherwise it is a quite, safe feeling car park. It is a short walk via footbridge from the car park to the Railway station.
