Great location and very easy to use parking system. Just drive in, shop and put the last 3 digits of your registration into the machine when you leave. The touch screen can be a bit hard to use...it's not an iPhone standard screen lets say. Machines don't accept notes, but you can log into the site here - http://www.cheltenham.gov.uk/info/478/car_parks_-_council/400/car_parks_with_automatic_numberplate_recognition and pay online within 24 hours of your stay at the car park - very useful. It can also auto debit your stay if you sign up. Great system.

Clearly signposted, easy to find car park, although it does require one to drive up around 3 floors by spiral and a camera scans your number plate as you enter, at weekends don't bother trying to find a space after 10:30 and parkers tend to include many large, inconsiderate parkers. The paying machines are fiddler and not user friendly, and some paying machines are hidden. Location is perfect but you certainly pay for the privilege, many cheaper places to park.
