Riverside Retail Park

my partner parked there during the first full lockdown to get some essentials. she parked slightly over the line of the next bay in a car park that was totally empty (proven in the car parks own proof). she was given a ticket for this yet parking attendants should not have been even working as it was not a critical job. I was not even in the country actually doing a critical job bringing PPE in from China for the NHS. I told the solicitors that were threatening me I did not recognise the charge and would be happy to defend myself in court. Yesterday I received a CCJ judgment for the claimant due to default yet I have not had any correspondence from any court regarding the claim to challenge. Appalling practices...

Someone hit me near the lights coming out of riverside and no cameras to prove my innocence!!!

Visited for 30 mins and the same the day after. Got a fine for being there for 18hrs as the cameras do not work properly. Not the first time this has happened. Joke!

A similar thing happened to me.I went to the shops approx 4pm and left about 30 mins later, then went back again the next day at about the same time and left about 15 mins later.The camera has only picked me up going in on day 1 and leaving on day 2.They are trying to say I was there for nearly 24hrs, this isn't possible as I was in work for a night shift during my alleged 24hrs stay and need said car to get work. Will they listen to appeal, will they hell.Outcome will never go to this retail park again it's a joke.

I went into the car park in the morning to McDonald’s and then left the car park to go home, I then went back into the car park in the night time on the same day again to McDonald’s and I’ve received a Parking charge saying my car was in the car park all day. I think it’s disgusting the way the camera has obviously not been working correctly and I get a charge. A big scam is wat it is. No camera footage to prove my car was there all day just a picture goin in the car park in the morning and a picture going out of the car park in the night time.
