After Sainsbury shuts - get OUT of the car park. You have 10 minutes only to leave!!! If you park for more than 10 minutes outside Sainsburys opening hours - you get FINED. Even if the car park is completely empty. After 16:30 on Sundays - you get FINED. You can park everywhere else in Pinner for FREE on Sundays. FINE on SUNDAYS in the evening is only to ROB normal people.

If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve now stopped shopping here in Sainsbury’s as the parking attendants are SO rude. Today a really intimidating and aggressive huge man banged on my car and was incredibly rude. No real car park anyway as scaffolding has been up for ages, feels unsafe as have to park so far away from the supermarket. These men have put me off so I won’t be coming back.

My blood is boiling at the rudeness of the car park attendant in sainsburys car park pinner. I have never come across such a rude individual, who claimed to be the boss of the car park . If that is the sort of people you employ I shall be shopping elsewhere in future Pinner resident

I wish to register a complaint on the ongoing issue of parking at the Sainsbury’s 12 Barters Walk, Pinner HA5 5LU.Since the decision was made over a year ago to stop the car parking ticketing and barrier system in the car park at has become increasingly difficult during Friday/Saturday to find a parking space to do my weekly shopping. It is clear that the majority of parked cars are not Sainsbury customers but are people taking advantage of the mismanagement of the car park.I have raised this issue instore but the issue has got worse and with Xmas approaching I feel you will lose out on a lot of revenue.I was spending over £7.5K a year at this store but I now only walk to the store and as a consequence spend a great deal less.Would you please confirm who will take ownership of this issue and what is your plan to resolve this issue?RegardsGordon
