They don’t even deserve single star , they are just trapping people by not giving clear instructions on how system works and making it very easy for people to miss paying charge and exiting without paying. And fine is just too much

Paid the fee, it was debited from our account and I still got the fine. Disgraceful. A hospital car park is not the place to add to your stress

Disgusting no real signs given.Why in a time of stress do it have to be so complicated and expensive. Shame on them.

Disgusting way to treat patients and £100 fine reduced to £60 if paid within 14 days is just greedy. Shame on you! A genuine genuine mistake not noticing the signs and thinking a 10 minute appointment wouldn't incur a parking fee. Absolute disgrace.

I think it's appalling that a hospital has a vehicle recognition car park. Not everyone will be thinking about paying for parking if their visit has been distressing.

Had to be dropped as an emergency. Getting a ticket not possible in circumstances. Car that dropped us was left for under 30 mins - then received a £100 fine in the post. These car parks should be banned. I agree with the above this is a hospital and first 30 mins should be free. Disgraceful and wonton and reflects the state of this country. This car park should be banned from the BPA.

Very confusing. Signs do not display how the system knows you've arrived. Still don't know if you have to pay to drive through the car park to enable you to turn towards Newbury from the drop off area. Definitely better as it was before.

Paid for my parking through app and still sent a parking fine even though I had paid totally horrendous system

Signage says download and pay via Parkonomy app. Once downloaded the app says Cred Card payment not available!!?? Only on entering the hospital was it made clear that car registration number recognition cameras were recording all cars entering the car park. Payment was the to be made on leaving by entering you car registration. Why such miss-leading signage. The app seems to have a 1 start rating (the lowest) with so many good Parking Apps out there why was this one chosen? Is this a part implementation process botch together of is it a final process both together? Use to be so simple before - £1 into the parking machine. So much for progress

Arrived at the hospital as an emergency for my son (looked as if he had a stoke). Left my son in the car while I ran in to find out if they had A & E. Arranged for an ambulance to meet me at my home. Left in a panic within 20 minutes to meet the Ambulance. Arrived in the post today £100 fine with early discount within 14 days of issue date. Arrived on the 11th day. Disgusting as the first 30 minutes should be free- it’s a hospital

Very very confusing. Paid my pound but still expecting a ticket, as if a hospital visit is not traumatic enough

Very confusing for the first time visitor, especially if you park near a sign which only mentions Parkonomy. Use the pay-on-foot system in the Hospital and it is far quicker and simpler.

I came for a CT scan I found disable parking very close to entrance and was seen very promptly by too very nice ladies very nice clean facility thank you
