The absolute worst parking garage I've ever had to deal with. Prices change depending who you talk to. Also, it closes at midnight so if you get stuck in traffic or come in late you are parking on the street! I wouldn't pay $100 a month for this place let alone over $500!!!

I have been working around the area 5 years now and I have been using this parking lot for five years on and off whenever I cannot find parking along the streets at that time I had a 2002 Mitsubishi Galant , I got to the parking lot to pick up my car and there was a scratch on my car I talk to the Spanish guy and he attacked me immediately, I asked to speak to the manager or the boss he completely ignore my request seeing that I paid the money already I was asked to leave the premises and I did went back to work the other day was asking a lot of my co-workers that used the same parking lot they all had negative things to say about the same Spanish guy that works in the parking lot this one guy even cracked a joke and said that every time he parked his car in that parking lot the gas will be lower than he left it all the time we all laughed as we took it for a joke the guy was serious anyways I stop parking my car there for a while yesterday January 12 2017 I got to my job but there were no parking spots aro

Parking in New York

New York is one of the busiest and most densely populated cities in the US. Parking rates in NYC are one of the highest in the country. Here are some ideas on how to survive when looking for a place to park in New York.

Commercial garages in Manhattan charge $12-$18 per hour and can go up as high as $55 per 24 hours (SUVs and oversized vehicles are charged additional fees). It’s a good idea to look for early bird and overnight specials or coupons for discounted parking!

A good alternative is to park in the suburbs and then take public transport to downtown:

On-street parking

On-street parking in the Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens and Staten Island is $1 per hour, while on-street meters in Manhattan charge from $1.50 to $6 per hour, depending on the area. Meters take quarters and credit cards.

On-street rates in PARK-Smart areas will vary depending on the time of day and demand.

On-street signage can be confusing. Check the NYC parking regulations, so that you don’t get a pricey ticket.
