In a time when we are COVID-19+, one would think that cleanliness would be part of the natural thing to do, nooooooo not this parking garage. As of this moment that I am writing this review, there has been a Chic-fil-A bag with trash in it, sitting in one of the stairwell for over one (1) month now, and a condom box (I don't know if it has any contents in it), sitting on another part of the stairwell for over three (3) weeks now. There is no-one in the boot/office area there and I'm not able to find who is the owner/s.

***DONT EVER PARK YOUR CAR HERE!!!! The gates and machines are always broken. It takes about 30mins for someone to help if it's a weekday. On the weekends your just suck! No staff at all! The employees are lazy! My car was broken into twice and nothing was done! The owner does not care, he just wants your money. He basis his monthly rates on your occupation. This deck is garbage and needs an upgrade bad! ***BE AWARE*****THEY DISCRIMINATE***

It is in an excellent location for going to Peachtree Center, hotels and other business'. However, we entered before 7am on Thursday and parked for 5 days. There was no sign that said the rates would be different ($18 is for 24 hrs). We checked out and they charged us $30 a y!! So, our bill went from $90 to $150!!! I don't think this fair.

Parking in Atlanta

Parking is a constant concern for the fast-growing city of Atlanta. Here’s all you need to know before you go looking for a parking spot in Atlanta.

There are over 2,500 on-street spaces in Atlanta. Most of them charge $2.00 per hour. Single space meters accept quarters, dimes and nickels. New multi-space meters accept coins, bills and cards (Visa, MasterCard). On-street parking can be limited to 30 minutes, 1, 2, 3 or 4 hours. The hours of enforcement vary  based on zones:

  • Business and Government zone: Monday through Saturday, 7 am to 7 pm, 2 hrs max.
  • Mixed use zone: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 6 pm, 3 hrs max.
  • School and University zone: Monday through Saturday, 7 am to 7 pm, 3 hrs max.
  • Entertainment, Restaurant and Hospital zones: Monday through Saturday, 7 am to 10 pm, 4 hrs max.

Off-street parking is abundant; an hour costs $5.00 on average, and $14.00 for 24 hours.

Parking might be pricier around event locations, such as the Philips Arena and around Centennial Park. If you’re flying into or out of Atlanta, check out our maps for parking at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport.

If you’ve been issued a parking ticket, you can pay the ticket online or find out how to appeal it.
