Very poorly run. People are regularly smoking in the stairwells, tons of potholes, EV chargers regularly blocked by ICE cars, and if you have issues with your monthly pass working (as I did) you’ll find yourself waiting for a very long time on the phone just to be let out of the garage.

If no stars were an option I would select that. Awful managenment, pot holes everywhere, and for $100 monthly you get to watch the "security guard" play on his phone. Tesla chargers are all on the roof, and the ones that work are often filled by other cars. If you live in the Hartford area go somewhere else.

Poor management. Very dirty and lots of pot holes. The gates don’t work more than they work. My fiancé and I EACH pay $100 a month to park here for our apartment at 777 Main, and our passes don’t scan and we have to take a ticket to get the gate up frequently. So frustrating. There’s occasionally a worker in the office but they’re always watching YouTube on their phones. Would not recommend this lot. Park with LAZ if you can! We used to live in Spectra Pearl and had a LAZ parking garage. LAZ always had an attendant on site, it was clean, and no pot holes!
