I was trying to exit the parking lot with my ticket and credit card during normal business hours. The machine read my ticket, but would not accept or even read my credit card. The help button doesn't work and the attendant was nowhere to be found. I had to sit and wait almost an hour for the attendant to come back and he charged me more time than i had parked for due to waiting for him. Even when he came, he took his dear sweet time solving the issue. Such a ripoff and a scam! They ended up charging me the lost ticket fee, which is the whole day! I will park on the street and walk next time.

I was there yesterday to take my daughter to the doctor and when i came down i notice i was missing money from my money clip which i forgot in my car because i was in a hurry. However my money was not on sight it was in the glove department and when i got back i notice things were moved around thats when i check my money and i realize i was missing money i went and talked to the attendant and he gave me a number which i been calling since yesterday and i dont get an answer
