Ascension St John Hospital - Main Entrance Valet

What's the point of having a valet service that closes at 4:00 p.m. and leaves elderly people and others who used valet for a reason so they don't have to walk across an expansive parking lot in the bitter cold let alone at anytime like my 80-year old mother just did. If anyone hears this at Ascension on Moross, that's absolutely ridiculous and and extremely thoughtless and find a service that actually is there for much later, certainly until visiting hours end. Completely unacceptable!
