We were locked in the parking structure all alone last night. The machines was not working and the help button continually said "someone would be with you shortly". No one answered, so we called the number , " if the intercom does not work." They are in another state and know nothing about our location (the location number on the machine on 3rd street is almost completely rubbed off). When a voice first answered, they hung up before I could say we were trapped. Two more calls were dropped, before we finally got a female to answer. She tried to call a manager for help, but was not successful. Then she wanted to know if there was another exit. She told us to hang up our cell and push the intercom button, we did --nothing happened. Driving through the garage we discovered another lady trapped, and 2 more machines that did not work. Calling the intercom, we were hung up on again, but one bar did raise. Both cars escaped. Three women trapped in an empty parking lot for 41 mins is dangerous and scary! PMC is bad.

On 6/3/18 All cars in this lot were ticketed, due to the payment machine being broken and no attendant present. Rather, whomever was issuing the tickets was apparently present. That person should ask themself, why am I giving EVERYONE a ticket today? Hmmm
