I haver rented a monyhly parking spot at Chase Garage for quite a few months now. When I tried to park my car on Friday 4/19/ 2024 there was a person who said he was security for the parking structure and when I questioned him he told me "too bad bitch!" I don't appreciate someone I have never seen working at the parking structure calling me a bitch, it was very offensive. How would you like to be treated in a similar situation? I think it is very unprofessional of Chase Parking Structure to hire someone to police their property who has no manners or class whtsoever.
