Service at Express north parking has gotten worse lately. I watched several Express South buses come and go (one couldn’t be bothered with a sign that said south). I also watched as an Express north bus drove by in the left lane without slowing down. When a bus finally arrived, every seat filled up, so it took another 15 minutes to get dropped off at my car.
Nothing Express about this service. Waited an hour for shuttle in the afternoon on a Saturday. Called , said they were in route. 15 minutes later, still waiting. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE this parking lot.
Emad Kaldas picked us up at our arrival gate and was a wonderful help with luggage and a very friendly attitude. He even offered us water.
We arrived at the lot at 5:20 for Terminal D to go on our vacation. We waited for the shuttle for 10 min and then called. I was put on hold for 19 minutes, I disconnected cause shuttle arrived. Due to the delay we missed check-in by 15 min. :(
My Driver Kevin G was excellent. He was Friendly and courteous while taking me to my terminal. Great Job!
I have used for years and had good experiences but last trip almost missed my flight after waiting 30 minutes for a shuttle. One return there were 25+ of us waiting for a shuttle at 10:30 PM. Phone number didn't work and driver just dropped us in the parking lot to find our cars!! I will find an alternative

I used to love using parking express,but over the years they have gotten worse. Now they are just plumb terrible!!
I travel weekly and @ one time was a good service - my last 2 trips it’s take me over a hour to return to my car ... park somewhere else.
Very satisfied, very helpful and friendly especially Hany Ayad. I will definitely use Express Parking again
What a strange time in flying! Remote parking south and north were both closed, so this time we took the express parking! Handy Ayad was our bus driver and so courteous and calm explaining where he was dropping us and why he had to stop at all pickups. It was so refreshing in a time of uncertainty! Thank you Hany!
Convenient parking area, but drivers are slow, incompetent, and rarely speak English. Will easily add 30-50 minutes to your commute home.
Unfortunately the service gets slower all the time. It was great when it started but management or planning system must have changed.
Arrived 5:53AM and had to call three times to get a shuttle. Finally at 6:30AM I had to flag a shuttle down and tell the driver I’ve been waiting over 30 minutes. This extremely poor service and better off using Lyft or Urber. Never again.
Stated we were to receive bottle of water and newspaper. These were never offered to us. We had to call and still waited a while to be picked up at terminal.
Signs for entrance are a serious issue. I was told to go to another entrance to get to the row for my terminal, and it was not clear how to get there. Once I found my way there, it was good. The driver was very friendly and he promptly delivered me to my gate.
typically dependable but every once in a while they fall short like this morning. Left a whole row of people at coveted parking waiting for 15 plus minutes since a driver pulled out with several cars parking behind him
July 20, 2018. 108 degrees. No buses running for over an hour to Terminal B. Not sure about others.
Circled 3 times and could not find entrance - had to keep exiting airport and coming back in, missed our flight! Poor signage, no one camouflage give us directions, Terrible experience!!!
