Very very limited public parking stalls are available in the building; most of the parking stalls in the building are reserved. Ther is no grace period once you enter into the parking garage. You can spend 15-30 minutes going up and down circling the 10-story parking garage building and not find an available vacant stall AND YOU STILL END UP HAVING TO PAY to exit the building and look for parking somewhere else!
