Hello, for a $5.00 charge, per vehicle, maybe your attendant who does not appear to want her job or cares, to be replaced with a machine. At least the machine says, "thank you" when it takes your money. I gave three stars since the shuttle driver was so nice but the night attendant, not so nice.

The woman at the ticket booth at 19:08 on 14 Dec. was very rude. I was leaving with death heavy in my heart when I asked for next time if there was a senior discount. When told I should have got it before paying I replied there was no sign and I did not know. The flip response was, "Whatever" a hand wave and a dismissal. I asked how for next time I could get the discount and was told "they are making signs". I asked what do I need to do and was told signs were coming. I asked what did I need to do as in there were no directions where I paid so how do I get the discount. Again, I got "whatever" the hand wave dismissal. Rudeness is not a sign of customer service and maybe your employee needs some sensitivity training. I hate to think who else has been leaving after confronting death and are treated rudely.
