Paid 60.00 to park at Jack's casino on October 29th. It should be posted before you park. Would have taken the train if we knew that in advance. Highway robbery!!!!!

Unfortunately my car broke down while at the Jack and I had to leave it over night staff was all very polite and understanding. The following morning we got to work with parking attendant supervisor Arlone! Thank God too he went above and beyond to help us retrieve our car. Safetly he helped us to the very end guiding a flat bed trailer inches from the point of no return. We truly are grateful! Arlone thank you so much!

Terrible. Beyond slow letting out after events.

12:25 talked to parking supervisor on 4th floor about issue of cars parking illegally and blocking me in a legal spot.Right off he comes with a attitude and gets me worked up. I explained and showed him the situation.Responds : what do you want me to do about it, I don’t have keys.We can’t manage them to stop parking in illegal areas.It’s not parking it’s a security problem.I’d recommend you don’t park ( in a legal spot ) where you can be blocked.Really? This is how you treat customers, you make them feel like they did something wrong ?This is the worst customer service I’ve experienced.Then to top it off with a smug tone he saids “ Have a nice day “Much training is needed with service, don’t approach a customer with a attitude.I doubt that things will change.
