False advertising for ACL EVENT PARKING. SIGN SAYS $20. I am charged more than double. It's more bothersome is that this is the parking space that is advertised on the ACL website as being accessible by their shuttles. There are much better options which are closer to the event site without having to use the shuttle for the same charge as this stupid place. I'm going to report them to the attorney general of Texas for consumer affairs because this is complete nonsense

Sign at the garage entrance says $5, but after receiving a bill for $88.25 obviously this management company is a complete scam.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Parked here for 1 hour and 28 minutes. I received a $85.25 bill in the mail with threats of collection agency should I not pay their ransom. What a SHAMEFUL business !!

Avoid parking here! Prices are not clearly posted and they charge you $70 for not figuring out how to navigate their payment system. Would give less than one star if possible, as this is a parasitic business.

Prices are not posted and the employee waving drivers into the car wasn’t honest about the cost when we asked. Ended up costing us double what he said. Avoid Premier garages; much better options are available.

Park somewhere else. An employee waving cars in at the entrance during SXSW week told us the price was $20 for 24 hours. Rates aren’t posted anywhere and you have to make an account on entry so they auto charge you on exit. It charged us $40 leaving 5 hours later. There is no attendant inside.

Terrible parking option, PARK SOMEWHERE ELSE! They make it hard to process payment and parking. Then charge you $70 for any violations.

This facility may have handicapped parking but does not have handicapped access! The door to the elevator is locked and the call canter suggestion was that I roll my chair out through the car exit which is a long run at greater than 45 degrees which opens onto a busy street.
