$3 every 10 mins with max $23??? New year, new rip your face off prices. Everyone parking here is going to the doctors. 1.5 hr at the doctors office which was mostly me waiting around = $23 parking. The spots are also super tight. Only in LA…

I came here for my doctor's appt. The guy in his car, two people in front of me, missed the turn for the parking entrance. Instead of doing a U- turn and using the turning lane to get to parking, he refuses to move his car. He throws his van in reverse, blocking all traffic, and tries to force about 8 cars to back up into Santa Monica Blvd traffic. After about 2 minutes of cars honking and yelling, he then gets out of his vehicle and starts telling people to back up. Bear in mind, this person could have simply made a U- turn and got in the turning lane and avoided this whole issue. He's now completely blocking the entrance to the parking deck. This goes on for 2...3...4+ minutes. Eventually, the person in front of me almost hits my car and somehow maneuvers to let this guy back up and get to the entrance. Here's the kicker: once it's all over and done with, the parking attendant was standing right inside and saw it all and did nothing!!! He just watched this lunatic create a dangerous and illegal situation!

Easy and convenient parking when visiting the local doctor's offices and also the hospital.

Parked there today (January 30th 2018) and the new fee for parking for 2 or more hours was $17.50 this is a ripoff.The management of this building should get rid of parking company

Terrible company. Rates are way too high, yet this company is too cheap to pay credit card transaction fees. It's 2016 in LA, being cash-only shows how out of touch the management is.

Hard to find a space - had to drive all the way through the garage to the roof. It took nearly 12 minutes to exit. The time looking for space and waiting for the cashier to exit cost me an additional $3.00 in parking fees - Unfair.
