Beware do not park in this garage the attendants have credentials take plate and then 3 weeks later you will get an invoice for over $100 they will not communicate and demand payment stay away!! Too bad bedrock didn’t research how bad there customer service treats customers

Taking over hour to get out of this garage for Taylor Swift . Oh you have no problem letting people in as you as you direct them how to get in and take their money but you won't guide people out as they're leaving and get stuck here. You..you need police out front detecting traffic.

BEWARE! This parking structures pricing is ridiculous. HRC was supposed to validate parking so I did not pay close attention to the OUTRAGEOUS parking fee being charged. HRC is closing and I was told they were out of validation stickers. So I was left to pay on my own. Okay that's fine How bad could it be? To my disappointment and shock I was charged $16 for just slightly over 1 hour parking. NEVER AGAIN!! ** A V O I D**
