Rosemary Square - Hibiscus Garage

Waited in a line of cars forever and when we went to pay on Saturday 2/18/22, it said tick was invalid and no one would respond to us. Have to pay $13 to have the gate open!! When I called they said they’ll send someone to fix the gate but they can’t refund our money. So how else are you suppose to get out???

It used to be that you could park for an hour at no charge. I went in to drop someone off and literally left 10 minutes later. Was charged 6.24. Not sure why when it says 5 flat rate. I'm guessing the convenience fee for the credit card. Unfortunately, they don't give you another option for credit cards. Will not park there again.

Went to park this Sunday for 55 min and got charged $6.24 even though it says $5 all day for Saturday’s and Sundays! What a ripoff! And there is nothing exciting about “city place” anymore

Doesn't deserve one star. Went to pick up a pizza on Saturday afternoon. Ten minutes tops. Charged me $6.24. Couldn't understand a word the rude person at the 'unhelp desk" mumbled. Supposed to be $5.00 for the whole day so why the extra buck and a quarter? I will never know. I do know there is nothing in Citiplace or whatever it's called to make me go back. Pity the restaurants in the area. Like times aren't hard enough.

If i could give a negative star i would. We go to movies 3x a week being Alist members and one perk is the validated parking. However we constantly have issues. No one at customer services to do it, no one answers at the exit to talk to or if they do very rude and unhelpful. Tonight we found out that even though our movie was almost 3 hours the validation is only good for 3 hours. So for the 7 minutes we were over they wanted to charge us 6.24. Seriously? Maybe you should have a sign up upon entrance to let people be aware . Guy we talked to at the exit was rude, said he was a manager hung up on us and then just stopped answering. Hey great customer service buddy.

Used to offer free parking with a validated ticket on the weekends when eating at restaurants. Now weekends are a flat rate so even if I need to park for 10 minutes just to pick up food or online orders at sephora you still have to pay $5. Absolutely ridiculous and all this came after renovating from city place to “Rosemary Square”

Customer service is rude and short. They will hang up on you. Keep calling back for results.

Tooooooo expensive

Now weekends have a $5 flat rate parking now, no validations allowed! Been going to the movies here for years. Used to just have my ticket validated and paid nothing. Now I'm not going to go to the movies on the weekend!

Legally not allowed to charge for handicapped parking.No matter. The company doesn't care about reviews, they just want their money.

We ate at Cheesecake and spent $110 before tip. We parked for 2.5 hours and had to pay $4.00. We tried to tell the attendant as posted over $100 is free. After going back and forth for 5 min. We just paid the money. Ridiculous. Guest Services was closed or we would of had it validated there prior to exiting

Went to the movies for max of 3 hours of parking, validated the ticket at AMC and still had to pay $9.00 for parking. Apparently the self pay machine did not calculate the rate correctly and there was no attendant there for assistance. Completely disappointed and discourages patrons from using the garage.

Rip off

According to the parking garage price list the first 1hr and 20 minutes are supposed to be free. In addition Cheesecake Factory Patrons are supposed to get up to 2hrs of free parking. I had my parking ticket validated and I parked for exactly 2 hrs and 30 minutes yet I paid $5 for parking. Why????? Really makes me think twice of going anywhere at CityPlace.

You discourage people from going to the movies when they spend 4hrs

Plenty of cheap safe parking. Don't worry about the floor. Elevator will take you down and back up. Take a picture so you don't forget. I got free parking because I spent over $100. Not too hard if you are with a few people and eat dinner. Can be from different places but rates are reasonable if you don't be hit the mark!
