Monitoring of parking lots and metered areas is enforced Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and Saturday 8am-1pm. All parking areas are FREE to the public on Sunday and after 5pm daily.
Parking meters located in "Zone A" charge $1/hour. This includes the area south of Cass Street/Route 30 and north of Washington Street railroad tracks between Joliet Street and Mayor Art Schultz Drive.
Parking meters located in "Zone B" charge $0.50/hour. This area is located south of jackson Street and north of Cass Street, between Joliet and Scott Street; as well as, the area south of Cass Street and north of Jefferson Street between North Eastern Avenue and Mayor Art Schultz Drive.
