If I could give 0 stars I would. We paid at the machine when we were about to leave. There were soooo many cars trying to get out that time, that it took us 20-25 minutes to actually get to the booth. First we gave the lady our ticket, she tried to charge us again!! When we said we already paid, she asked for a receipt. What???? Lady.. you can tell we paid when you scanned the original ticket we gave you AND… not all machines print out the receipt due to no paper, but we did print out a receipt. It took about 20-25 minutes to be able to get out. The parking attendant at the booth (black lady) tries to charge us again, saying we took longer than 15 minutes to get out. We weren’t gonna pay more, especially if they’re the ones who not only closed a lane, but took their sweet time scanning the tickets for people to get out.In the end, we asked for a manager, he obviously let us go cause they were in the wrong, but they definitely try to rip people off. They probably pocket the extra money, just saying.

This parking garage is ripping people off. Today I went to the mall to buy some shoes as a shopper. The regular parking rate is $4 for 3 hours. I was there for an hour, and I was charged for $11 as I exited just because there is some sport event going on at a nearby stadium. This parking garage management has been notorious for years. It's disgusting that the regular mall shoppers have to pay the same rate as the sport event attendees.

I park here for Mets games and walk over the bridge. Payment machines often have problems but neutral to good outcomes when paying with an attendant.

The parking attendant (woman, Roosevelt exit) trying to scam me for more money. She said that I did not have a receipt even though i made the payment in the machine prior to exit. I told her to scan the bar code just as I did in the past. i never been asked for a receipt when exiting with the parking ticket (with barcode). she was definitely trying to scam people for money. This is why the exit line took so long today.

I am a account manager for a valet company, today I had one of the parking garage attendant curse me out over a misunderstanding, the way he talks to the 5 customers infront of me as well was so disgusting that company sp plus should consider getting better employees

The machines for paying were broken on the floor I was on so I paid at the exit with my debit card. When I got home, I saw the machine there had charged $17 to my card even though I had parked for less than three hours (so it should have been $4 max)

This place needs to hire better staff and make sure they can speak English!. I had difficulty paying while leaving,the machine was not reading my credit car and when I ask the man in the booth for help he already looked annoyed. Saying I’m not doing it correctly;he puts my card in and it said the same thing. Then he tells me my CREDIT care has no money and tell me it’s my problem not his that I didn’t carry cash on me. He just goes back to his booth. Me thinking he was just going to let me out but no I was there confused till I realized he dead was not going to help me. I got out the car and asked to speak to his manager and he just proceeds not to hear me the gets hostile when I ask for a manager.At the end he let me go since he didn’t want to get his higher ups. Mind you he could have just swiped my card in the booth.

On 5/24/21, paid three dollars at the vending machine to exit the parking garage then I lost my ticket. I had to pay $24 to exit the garage. I feel as though I was taken advantage of. I am angry and don’t intend to park in the garage again or shop at that center. I paid $27 for 45 minutes of parking. Prior to this incident I had no problem with this parking garage.

The signs are very confusing, and the Jury is out on the integrity of the parking attendant.

Holy this place is garbage. Y'all should just try and speak to anyone these people working here and you'll understand why
