This parking garage is a rip off. I am going to report them to the better business bureau and every other place i can find. I would encourage others to do the same.

I am the patient there so I should have 1 hr free parking. I came in 7:45, out 10:05, instead of $3, they charge me $5. Even if I can only get 20min free, I was still within 2 hrs time frame. Greedy cashier + stupid computer. This parking structure is rip off.

I had first hour free and had 5 minutes to go. But these people only had one lane open it was backed up by the time I got up there I was one minute over and was charged. The guy would not listen and made me pay to get out. I think this is rigged so they get more money. I HATE THIS PARKING LOT!!!!!!

The valet are only doing what they're told. But what they're doing is illeagle and discrimitory against people with disaabillities. They block off the handicap spaces on level 1 with chains and signs saying valet only, and threaten you with towing if park in one of the spots. Saying it's for vans with lufts or oversized only. No where is there a sign statung this.
