Stamford Town Center

I bought a monthly parking pass and parked here. When I came back the next day I had a $25 parking violation. This parking garage is a scam used to generate infinite $25 parking tickets for the city of Stamford. You're better off elsewhere.

After my best friend was involved in a car accident that blew out her tire, shattered her glass inside her car and damaged her car, the police had us pull off close this garage. Management came out and berated us for close to an hour about it being private property and our car not being able to stay there while we waited for a tow truck to arrive. HORRIBLE people working here. The tow truck recommended we wait til the morning since it was raining and most tow garages were closed for the night. The police agreed. This sent the parking security into another fit. We were forced to sign a waiver and then told that regardless we would be ticketed if we didn’t return by 8 AM. To top it off, he made a point to say he was only helping us because he was friends with the cop. Scum bag.

Same as the reviews above, I paid for parking and then received a $25 violation for the wrong space number. I paid for the space on the sign in front of where I parked, but apparently you're supposed to pay for the space to the side of where you park. The office refused to appeal it. It's confusing signage! Total scam!! They should be sued for this. Horrible experience. Will support other malls instead.

I agree , their parking garage is a scam. I paid for my spot. Even took a picture of it to make sure I entered the correct number. I got a $25 fee saying I entered the wrong number. So I’m not sure how the number directly in front of the spot could have been for the next one over. Definitely a deliberate scam.

Overpriced for starters, and totally fraudulent. I and many others have received bogus violations in this garage and I’m quite certain it’s an intential revenue stream. This should be investigated and those in charge fired at the very least.
