Parking at The University of Texas at El Paso
Metered parking spaces are available throughout campus and are intended for short-term visitors.
There is a one (1) hour time limit on parking in metered spaces. All those parking at metered parking spaces are required to pay the meter fee. There are no exceptions to this requirement.
Visitor, faculty/staff, vendor, and student permits are not valid for parking in metered areas without paying the required meter fee.
Meters are policed for violations between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday – Friday.
