The pre-paid parking was a nice and the proximity of the garage to the Symphony we were attending that evening seemed like a smart idea to park there BUT like so many other’s reviews, getting out of the garage after an event is a mess, and that’s putting it lightly. When we finally got up to the end we asked the attendant why it’s so backed up, is this normal? He said they usually have someone on the street directing traffic but not tonight. However from what I’ve read on the reviews, not sure this is accurate. I hope the Pinnacle people read some of these reviews and take corrective action.

Literally moved 6 feet in half hour. Never had an experience like this in my life.

We were forced to sit in this heat for 2 hours after the concert. We paid $40 parking fee, and it felt like we we're being held hostage. This is not safe! What if there is a medical emergency and you are parked on the top level in long line of vehicles with very anxious drivers? Unacceptable! Past ridiculous! This is my last time using this parking garage.

Show let out at 9:15 pm, it is currently 12:15 and we still cannot even get out of our parking place. Been sitting her for 2 1/2 hours.

If you enjoy frustration, anguish and wasting your gas...then this is the parking site for you! I'm giving this spot a -1 star. We have been waiting to exit for 2 hours thus far. We have only moved 50 feet and we are still on the 4th level. Once you park here, you just might be parked for half the night!!! Just pathetic!!!

Someone literally hit my car in their garage and they were no help at all. If you value your pockets and your paint job steer clear

Absolutely awful place to park. Decided to give it a second chance but just as awful as the first time … getting in and out. Would pay double to park elsewhere to save an hour if my day when there are major events downtown. Is anyone running this place?

Do not park here. The attendances play around too much. I have waited in a car line now for 45min and have not moved. This has to be the worst garge around. Save your money and find a new spot. This place sucks.

Thought this would be a good idea but was clearly wrong! There was a football game at the same time of the PBR stampede! Mistake on our part for not knowing all the events Nashville had going at the same time. Had to park on 4th floor and tried to head out at 9:45 to no avail! We couldn't even get out of our parking space because of the stopped line of cars! We sat in our car for 1 hour and decided to get out and walk around. We are exhausted at this point. Came back an hour later and got to the same issue. We decided to wait it out at this time. It was 11:45 p.m.!!! We finally got a space in line and pulled out of parking garage at 12:30 p.m.! Would never recommend parking in this garage! I won't even start on the design of it and the breathing of exhaust fumes therefore, having to leave windows up on car the entire time with air conditioning running! There literally is no place for fumes to go out!

I'd leave zero stars if I could. Apparently, pre-paid parking doesn't guarantee the ability to park there. Saw so many people having to turn around and leave because the garage was full. Luckily I found one last compact parking spot and parked there. Bad mistake. Took us 2 1/2 hours to get out of the garage since we were on the top floor!!!

Horrible place to park. There is never anyone in the garage to help get in or out. I was stuck in line for over 30 minutes tonight.

I could not even get in the lot I paid for through Ticketmaster for Alanis Morissette last night - it was blocked off by construction and we could not get in. Had to find another lot, paid $30 more and was 30 min late to the show. There were 5 others there doing the same thing. Will not do this again.

Terrible for events at Bridgestone Arena. Took 40 minutes to exit the garage.
