Nice enough, but did not give a receipt upon exit. Like many others - was surprised to pay $25 for 2 hours.

Had to pay $24 on a Sunday!Highway robbery!We were from out of town and suckered!At the check out it said $5.00 first 30 mins then $3.00 each half hour.We were there 2hrs 15mins and that should have been $17.. there was no attendant to complain to only an automated credit card only and a line a mile long behind me!

I could not believe I had to pay $25 for two hours at this lot! Such a rip off! I wouldn’t have NEVER parked there had I known the cost. Horrible experience!

I was shocked to be charged $25 on the weekend. I went to Blumenthals today and pulled into the lot. No one was available to ask for prices for parking. I then saw an attendant and told her that I was going to the Performing Arts center. She said nothing about the price. There were all sorts of families and people going to the event. I am sure they were just as shocked as me to find out it was 25 on a Sunday. I have lived in Charlotte all my life. This just seems greedy. Unless I receive at least a $15 credit I will avoid this deck and advise people I know to do the same

Parking In Charlotte

Charlotte is the largest city in North Carolina. It’s a major financial center and home of the NASCAR Hall of Fame. Finding a parking spot in Charlotte can be challenging at times, so here are some tips that will make the task of locating parking easier for you.

Charlotte street parking is quite widespread. There are over 1000 parking meters in the downtown area and are enforced 7AM-6PM, Mon-Fri. The cost of meter parking ranges from $0.25/15 minutes to $0.50/hour. As you might have guessed, parking in uptown Charlotte is cheaper than parking in the downtown area.

Daily rates can be as low as $5 and as high as $20 for 24 hours. Make sure you check several locations before deciding where to park.

Monthly fees can vary even more, with prices ranging between $40 and $165. Again, be sure to check more than one place in order to avoid overpaying.
