Their parking facility is a trap!!! My wife goes to shop in Whole Foods. We go to Whole Foods everywhere, but never again here. No one told us about a time limit there. So, I am willing to pay, but $150.00 for being 15 minutes over, no way. I was told to call the Manager and provide a receipt. The person I spoke to said, just when you get close to complementary time, just drive out and then come back to park. I said what, if I am in your store, I shouldn’t be charged for anything to park in Whole Foods Parking. I wanted to talk to the Manager. Still waiting for Manager to call me back!!!

Note that the entrance is on SE 2nd Street, you will enter from the north of the building. It is not the Monarch Met 3rd ave entrance (which is right beside Whole Foods corner entrance).

Similar experience. At whole foods my ticket said parking $0.00 and printed out a scannable receipt. I scanned my ticket at the parking gate which did not recognize or accept. This is the parking lot directly beside (north of) Whole Foods so wondering if there may be a different location for customers.

I came here on a Sunday to shop, after getting groceries I scanned my receipt, inserted the ticket, and was still prompted to pay $20!! What a waste of money, I thought customer parking was Free- I spent $170 and I was only there for 30 min.
