Contents were stolen from my car in overnight parking and my license plate was unscrewed and stolen - either bad security and gross incompetence or literally criminal

I give them ZERO stars. This place really sucks. They sit around and talk and just Look at all the people waiting for their cars. Some people have places to be. Then you say something and they get smart and you wait longer. Do not recommend this parking lot at all. But what really gets me when you’re waiting 30 mins to 45 mins for your car and they want a tip.

Would rate 0 stars if I could. Valet attendant on 10/29/2022 could not have been more arrogant nor less productive. Not only should he lose his job, but he should be forced to wait in an eternal parking garage purgatory. I will never return to this lot.

Waiting more than TWO HOURS for our car! It's valet only and clearly they do not have enough staff as there are at least 50 people sitting here in the rain waiting for cars. AVOID this garage.

Rude Staff. Awful. $24 for 54 minutes. Should be illegal.

Will never park here again. Was a minute late and charged $40 instead of $16. Attendant was rude and manager ignored emails and when I finally called he said he couldn't help. Avoid at all costs.

Parking In Philadelphia

Philadelphia is a large, densely populated city, as well as a historical and cultural landmark, attracting large amounts of tourists every year. As such, finding parking in Philadelphia can sometimes be tough. Here you will find several useful tips to help you out.

On-street metered parking costs $2/hour. Philadelphia meters accept coins and SmartCards as payment. The Philadelphia Parking Authority (PPA) has been installing meter kiosks throughout the city. These kiosks accept coins, bills, credit cards and SmartCards. However, if you’re planning on parking for the whole day, we recommend that you park in a garage, since this would probably be a cheaper option.

Off-street parking rates can range from $10-20/hour and from $20-$50/24 hours, though there are also locations with lower or higher rates.

Our detailed maps help you find parking around some of the most popular parking locations, including:

The Convention Center;

PreFlight Airport Parking;

The Philadelphia Museum of Art.

For airport parking motorists are able to park in a special economy lot for a mere $11 per 24 hours.

Be sure to visit the PPA website for any questions about paying a parking ticket or disputing a violation.
