Parking In Spokane

If you happen to visit Spokane, you’ll find it useful to know beforehand where to park. Here are some useful tips on quickly finding a good parking spot in the city.

There are around 2800 on-street meters in the city, which are enforced 8AM-7PM, Mon-Sat. Parking is free outside these hours.

The rates for on-street parking are as follows:

- $1.20/hour at a 2-hour meter;
- $ 0.80/hour at a 4-hour meter;
- $ 0.40/hour at a 12-hour meter.

There are 800 modern meters in the Downtown area. These meters accept coins and cards (Master Card, Visa). Regular meters outside Downtown only accept coins.

Special "Disabled Parking spots are enforced 24/7. People who display a disabled license plate or placard can park in any "regular" spot free of charge. Disabled people who park in a designated disabled spot with a "blue sticker" and "4-hours only" sign, can only park there for 4 hours for free. Parking requires a fee beyond that time limit. The person can, however, move the vehicle to another spot.

The city has plenty of off-street parking as well. The average hourly rate is $2.50/hour and $13.00/24 hours. The average price for a monthly permit is $85. Off-street parking is preferable in case you wish to park for an extended period of time.

If you’re interested in parking at a specific location, whether it’s the El Paso Convention Center or El Paso International Airport, our detailed maps can help you find a specific destination, as well provide other useful information on it.

Be sure to visit the city’s website in case of questions about paying a parking ticket.
